Our Work Is Guided by Three
Core Principles
01
Intentional
Care
Ketamine therapy and psychedelic healing require more than a beautiful setting. They require thoughtful preparation, skilled therapeutic support, ethical clinical judgment, and meaningful integration. Growth Thru Change brings years of psychotherapy experience and in‑depth knowledge of psychedelic therapy to help clients feel held with respect, care, and clinical integrity throughout the process.
02
Meaningful
Integration
Psychedelic integration does not happen only in the therapy room or during the medicine session. While clinical integration is an essential part of the process, healing often continues through the body, through relationships, and through the spaces we return to after the experience.
At Martin Healing Sanctuary, clients are connected to a broader environment of integration that may include movement, mindfulness, restorative practices, community experiences, and opportunities for connection with like‑minded people. This allows the insights and emotions that emerge through ketamine therapy and psychedelic work to be supported beyond the session, helping clients process, embody, and carry their healing into daily life.
03
A Whole‑Person
Approach
We recognize that healing is not only psychological. It is emotional, relational, embodied, and shaped by the spaces and communities around us.
Martin Healing Sanctuary was created with the intention of bringing multiple pathways of healing together in one thoughtful, restorative environment. For Growth Thru Change, East Falls has become a natural second home because it offers a setting where ketamine therapy, psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration can be held within a larger culture of intentional care, reflection, and connection.
This setting reflects what we believe about healing: that people are best supported when clinical care, intentional space, and meaningful connection come together.

About This Location
Is the East Falls location convenient for Main Line and Lower Merion residents?
Yes. East Falls sits just across the Schuylkill from Lower Merion Township, so for most Main Line communities it is roughly a twenty-minute drive, a meaningfully gentler trip than continuing into Center City, especially heading home after a ketamine therapy session.
Do you serve clients from Bala Cynwyd, Penn Valley, Wynnewood, Bryn Mawr, and surrounding communities?
Yes. We regularly see clients from Bala Cynwyd, Merion Station, Penn Valley, Narberth, Wynnewood, Ardmore, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Gladwyne, Villanova, Rosemont and the surrounding Main Line and Lower Merion neighborhoods.
Is the East Falls location only for ketamine work?
Right now, yes. The East Falls space is dedicated to ketamine therapy and its surrounding sessions, preparation and integration. All other therapy services (anxiety, depression, DBT, EMDR, couples, family, trauma) continue at our Center City office or virtually.
Do I need to be an existing Growth Thru Change client to do ketamine therapy here?
No. Ketamine therapy is available to both new and existing clients. The first step is a phone consultation, where we’ll answer your questions, talk through what you’re hoping for, and help determine the next steps in your care.
