I am a Licensed Social Worker who works with clients by using a trauma informed approach which helps clients better understand how different life experiences affect the mind, body, emotional and behavioral connection. For some, these experiences result in specific mental health diagnosis, such as anxiety and depression. For others, they are left with negative emotional and behavioral reactions that are impeding on other areas of their life. In either case, I can provide clients with support and a safe space to process their experiences during these challenges.

So often, we go through life repeating unhealthy cycles completely unaware of our own emotions and behaviors. By uncovering past experiences, we can determine where the problem lies. By mindfully examining our individual mind-body connection we can learn to stop unwanted behaviors and limit negative thinking leading to a more positive mindset and peaceful living.

I am very passionate about working with people who are looking to get back to their true selves and want to work on healing from their past. I combine effective therapeutic practices with holistic healing for overall mind and body care. I am client centered because I believe each person knows themselves best and deserves personalized treatment in which they feel they can take back control of their life in order to heal and grow.
