Maybe you’ve been carrying something heavy for a long time. Old wounds, a harsh inner voice, or a quiet distance from the people you love and you’re ready to feel more at home in yourself. That’s the work I’d love to do with you.

I help adolescents, young adults, women, couples, and families move through depression, anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem, and the relationship dynamics that keep you feeling stuck, and I offer an affirming, judgment-free space for all identities, including LGBTQIA+ community.
Trauma, inequity, and isolation can slowly chip away at self-acceptance and connection, so my work centers on helping you build a more compassionate, self-aware relationship with yourself.

To get there, I draw on a range of approaches, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt psychology, Family Constellations, Mindfulness, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, because the depth of human experience deserves more than one tool.

Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, working through difficult relationship dynamics, or seeking to heal from trauma, sessions are warm, collaborative, and paced to you; I bring the tools and the perspectives, and together we create the space for real healing and growth.
